exchanges are limited.

     Made-to-order pieces:

These garments are specially crafted for you and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.

     Ready-to-ship items:

Ready pieces are eligible for size exchange or store credit within 48 hours of delivery.

 

     To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be unused

• All tags must remain intact

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

 

Shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Customized or specially altered garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

 

Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange the return pickup and initiate the exchange or store credit process, depending on product availability.
